Paths of Shanhe Privacy Policy
Updated: September 23, 2026
The developer of Paths of Shanhe ("we") values your personal information and account data. This policy explains how the Android and Windows PC versions process data.
Information we process
- Account and authentication: account name, irreversible password hash, internal account ID and login session, used to register, sign in and protect your account.
- Game data: nickname, Fate Ledger, progress, characters, equipment, Merit, rankings, battles and security validation records, used to provide online features, prevent cheating and restore progress.
- Feedback: only when you submit it, we process the feedback text, account ID, game version, platform, system version and display information to investigate and respond.
- Ban appeals: only after you describe the incident and consent, we email these details and this game's ban decision, attribute sources, equipment and configuration diagnostics to support for review. Passwords, login credentials and other device files are not attached.
- Network and security: the server may briefly retain IP address, request time and necessary error logs to protect the service, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
Optional rewarded ads (Android builds with the ads module)
You may choose Google AdMob ads for a Rebirth Attempt, additional settlement Merit or first-seven-day Treasure Maps. Clearly marked demo ads generate no revenue and grant no live rewards. Builds without the module, including Windows, do not use it. Declining an ad does not remove existing rewards.
Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform may process IP address and inferred approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics for ads, measurement and fraud prevention, including outside your country. See Google Privacy Policy and partner data information. Non-personalized ads still process data.
This integration requests non-personalized ads, removes advertising-ID permissions, disables publisher first-party ID, conservatively applies under-age-of-consent restrictions to all requests and limits content to PG. We collect no dates of birth or send game accounts, email, passwords or sessions to Google. Verification uses a random one-time ID. Where applicable, use Account → Ad Privacy to change your choices. Future tracking or permission changes require separate confirmation. We do not use precise location, contacts or phone numbers.
Only signed ad-platform confirmation grants rewards. Account-linked records support recovery and deduplication. Verified rewards awaiting inventory space are retained; other ad records are cleaned after 30 days on subsequent ad requests. Account deletion removes our ad records and associations. Data held independently by Google follows its policy and privacy request tools.
Storage, sharing and security
Online data is mainly stored and processed on Tencent Cloud servers in mainland China. Feedback you submit may be sent to the support mailbox through QQ Mail. We do not share personal information except with service providers or authorities when necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with law or respond lawfully. The client uses encrypted transport with the production server.
Retention and deletion
We retain data needed to provide the service while the account exists. After account deletion, the account, login sessions, game progress, rankings and queued feedback are deleted. The minimum records needed for sent support mail, security incidents or legal obligations may be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
Your rights
You can view account information and delete your account under Account in the game, or use the web deletion page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. For questions, corrections or appeals, contact 1013721064@qq.com.
Children
This game is not intended for children under 16. A guardian who learns that a child supplied personal information without consent may contact us to have it handled.
Policy updates
If our data processing changes materially, we will update this page and provide an appropriate notice. Major changes will receive reasonable notice before taking effect.
